1 (16 ounce) ring bologna
1 (30 ounce) can baked beans, pref. Busch's
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large casserole dish, mix baked beans, onion and bacon. Add ring bologna.
Cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
You could also make this in the microwave on high for 10-12 minutes.

I have never cooked it! Just cut and serve with a cracker or a piece of cheese. Good old fashion food.

Simmer in water until heated thoroughly, or heat with sauerkraut in the pan.

It's pretty good if you fry it and eat it with mashed potatoes. My mom used to make it this way for us. We also ate green beans with it. It also works with Spam. :)

You're supposed to cook it? I have also eaten it raw with saltines...isn't just like bologna?
