HP steak sauce. It is from the UK, you can usually find it in the "international" foods part of a supermarket. Or, if you are lucky enough to have a British foods store, they will have it as well.
There are two types, one is lighter, one is darker, both are delicious!

A1 is good, but Heinz 57 is the best. Of course there are those with their own special sauce...

In Chicago, Ditka's steak sauce is good or you can use A-1.

Don't use steak sauce use BBQ sauce. Cattleman's Classic, smokehouse style.

Melted butter, Salt and Pepper. Never hide the true flavor of a good cut of meat with a sauce, just enhance it's flavor
