Migraines are headaches which result from sensitivity to stimulation. Nerves and blood vessels tighten in response to fatigue, odor, light, noise, and emotions. People with migraines have more intricate and developed nerve pathways, almost like people with better than 20-20 vision. The triggers for migraine are many. Sometimes the headache isn't happening the same time every day; the course of the headache can be 2-5 days, waxing and waning.

Doctors diagnose Cluster Headaches in men with headaches the same time each day.

Possibly an allergy to something? Maybe something in your environment or stress that just builds up to that time every day. I had that problem when I was in grade school. The dr didn't do anything about it and it eventually went away. Never did figure out why I had them.

Hospitals are useless unless you really get on to them to run tests, ignore anything they say. To me it sounds serious, and I'd say dont wait for the Zpack, get it checked out. Better safe than sorry, and even if you do sound like an idiot to your doctor at least your making sure its nothing serious. Hope I helped.
