I think that's very reasonable of you, you are being fair. It is your car you can do what you like. You didn't leave him stuck, you offered a ride to wherever.
He's being unfair and a jerk.

Don't do it! Next thing you know, you're getting a phone call that your car is totaled or just missing! Don't find out by letting anyone use your car. Take it from experience! You did the right thing and if he doesn't like it, tell him to get his own vehicle!

I do the same with my neighbor, who does not have a car. Whenever she needs to do shopping or has to go somewhere I take her. So, don't feel bad. (I had bad experiences in the past when others used my car)

don't let him take YOUR car. if you don't want to be without a ride for an hour, thats fine because its your car. if he has a problem, ask him point blank, WHY can't you take him? is there something he is hiding and he doesn't want to get caught? stand your ground and tell him no, if he wants to go that bad you will take him.

Don't lend him your car. He sounds like a jerk for even asking you, especially since you offered to drive him wherever he needed to go. Not only that, if something were to happen it would be your responsibility not his. He should not have imposed upon you to lend him your car no matter where he wanted to go. Never lend your car to anyone. Hope I was of help to you!

No, don't let him borrow your car. If he can't understand your concerns that's too bad. It's your car and your responsibility. I'd start scouting for a new boyfriend.

I'd make him tell me where he needs to go that is so secret, else he don't get keys. Actually, I don't know that I would let him borrow it either way. You are the one responsible for the car, not him.

NO...you are right. Plus if someone asks you for a favor they shouldn't get mad when you say no ! He should be happy you are willing to take time to take him yourself. Only reasons he doesn't want to tell you is...1) he is up to no good 2) wants to go buy you something for a b-day..valentines..etc..

If you don't want to be without a car, then that is your decision, nothing he should get upset about, especially after you offered to give him a ride.
