You need to specify the delivery pressure of the LP, as the pipe requirements are much different for 15 psi that I use on my glass furnace and glory hole and the 10-12" of water pressure used in homes. You need also to specify steel, copper, or plastic. Ref.1 tells us RHGB-40, 25 - 40 kW Burner (137,000 BTUH) .
Ref 3 tells us that this many Btuh is 54.45 cu/ft per hour
Ref.2 tells us that the standard is 0.3" water drop for whole length of pipe. and the table shows that nominal 3/4 pipe will carry 65 cu.ft.hour over 105 feet length. Ref. 4 shows that 3/4 inch pipe has a true ID of 0.824" if you want to shift back to metric or use copper pipe.
30 meters is 98.4 feet
