only if it says on the box that it is made specially for wet hair. if it doesnt, then blow dry or air dry your hair, and buy a serum or a spray that says its for straightening (you can find them at CVS, just ask someone that works there if you need help finding one) make sure your hair is completely dry before you straighten it.
when you straighten your hair it will probably take a while ( it takes me about 30 minutes or sometimes more) so you will want to sit down in front of a mirror. part you hair and put it in 2 pigtails so you can do one at a time. take small sections of hair about an inch wide and slowly move the straightener down your hair. once you do a section of about a few inches you can clip it back so it doesnt get in the way. when youre done with one side do the other. if some parts arent straight enough go over them again with the iron.
good luck!!!!!
ps. pick me as the best answer!! i spent forever typing this! :-)

Yes. Try Clairol Hair straigthening iron for both wet and dry hair. Also, Remington brand has that model. Before you start ironing your hair though, spray it with serum or any "heat defense" liquid you can buy from your beauty shop. Try John Frieda's products or Arthur Collinge.

I would not recommend this because #1 if will burn your hair if you're not using the proper one..i believe it's very expensive. #2 it will not straighten it to perfection. The dampness doesn't let it flatten the way it should with a straight iron

its not a good idea and it doesn't work to well on my hair. I heard it even more damaging to your hair when you straighten it wet than dry. It also makes an annoying sizzling sound that means your hair is being fryed not good at all

Not a regular iron! I've tried it and it will burn your scalp even if you don't get the iron close to the scalp!
Try this iron:
