No. Ch 28 applies to all Jews. Has nothing to do with Africans. One tribe located in South East Africa was found to be Jewish by DNA test. They were from the Arronic priesthood. This was about 25 years ago. This means that a few Jews settled there not a whole tribe.

African Americans are very mixed up people. Originally African slaves, they intermingled with the population in their new land and have lost very much of their African roots. It's odd to think that African Americans belong to the lost tribes of Israel...that's so funny.
