What's the real deal with AREA 51 or 21 whatever it is???

Allegedly, Area 51 is a Top Secret Government base. Supposedly the do alien research, etc. Many people believe that they have captured, and do tests on flying saucers, and other aliens. Some even believe that our world government is also part of a galactic government, but to explain that I'd have to get into other things like the Men in Black (Not just a movie).

Well look it up but you asked this question in the wrong forum this is hair and you shoulda put it inlike government to get more correct answers suprised you actually have a decent answer from someone let alone a guy reading stuff in the hair area now thats area 51
