ok my hair is red and i want to get highlights what color do u think will go good with it. my hair is a medium red.

get something darker than what u have now; black, brown, darker red. All of them will make your real hair look even better. If you go liter than your color people will look at the highlights more than your hair

did you color your hair yourself? if so what color and brand? mine is the nutrese garnier bright red, almost burgundy. would recommend blond highlights but not really light colored or if you want to be different, try brown low lights. or both. had my hair done professionally with front to back highlights. red for base, blond for highlights, and darker red for low lights. lots of compliments. good luck

Not just blonde it will look orange on top of your hair (past bad experience) go with a copper highlight with some BLEACHED blonde not just blonde highlights!!!
