First off, there is no such thing as a "soulmate". There are an unknown number of people in the world who could potentially make you happy and be a loyal and equal partner, each one unique and each realtioship being unique. This is why people can lose a spouse to death and still fall in love and remarry. Please do not believe that there is only one person who could ever suit you.

Second, it is possible to fall in love at a young age, though in my experience people your age (due to a lack of experience and not of capabilities) confuse real love with infatuation. Love is a lasting passion, a deep respect and a desire to be with someone despite your full knowledge of their flaws; infatuation, on the other hand, is the "honeymoon" period, when you are so into someone that you do not acknowledge or even see their faults. Teenagers often believe that an infatuation with someone is enough to conquer all - remember Romeo and Juliet? - but there are a lot of challenges to surmount in building a real relationship.

My suggestion to you is to enjoy the time you have with this person, while remaining respectful of yourselves (ie, wait a good long time to have sex) because you don't know what could happen in the future. If this person is indeed the one you will spend your life with, then you are indeed blessed to have so many years together - but, if he plans on being there for the next eighty years, surely another five or so of dating won't impact that much.

Date, but don't close yourself off to other options. Keep an open mind and have all the fun you can without restricting yourself.

i think so, i mean im only in grade 9, 15 and ive been with the same guy since grade 7 and i still love him moe then anything, we've broken up a couple of times and got back together in less then a week, but we always talked things through in the process, and everytime we fight or think about taking a break we can never let each other go. this doesnt mean were soulmates but i now cant see myself without him hes not only my boyfriend but my bestfriend now too because we've came so close

I believe so defintley.

My parents got together at thirteen and have been happily married for almost forty years.

My wife and I met when I was 15 (she was 16) and although we didn't date then, later on in life we dated and got married.
