Talk to her and see if the sight of poop scared her somehow.

Then, make a big deal out of washing the bathtub with her, emphasizing that the poop is gone.

She might be scared of it happening again though...maybe get a doll that looks like her and give the doll a bath, and show her that taking a bath doesn't mean she'll poop.

Change the location that you give her a bath. If the sinks are just too small, try changing the appearance of the bathtub. Hang towels, blankets even try a colored light bulb. Is she potty trained? It sounds like she thinks that the tub is now just a really big toilet, so you need to get the tub to be a separate area again.

Well now it's time to get on your boots. put on the flashiest high heels and a light blanket like a cape make a make shift crown or purchase a cheep one. put all this on right before her bath (with out her seeing you) get some sugar from the pantry in a hankie or scarf and let the show begin. tell her you just got your super powers from the high fairy and she sent you to sprinkle fairy dust in the tub so sir poopy will stay in the potty sing a made up tune bend down so she can see and sprinkle mr. poopy away. then tell her that she now has to put mr. poopy in the potty and she can do it. then give her a big kiss and there ya go. try using a little red food coloring and bubbles out of baby shampoo makes um pink. you can also try taking one with her. I found in raising my sister the fairy thing really works! especially with the pink bubbles.

did you punish her when she pooped in the tub if so that might be why. shes afraid of having an accident again and being punished. try sitting her on the potty or potty chair before a bath and give her time to go and tell her its ok accidents happen

My nephew had a similar concern, he could ask for a diaper whilst he had to potty, yet could pee on the bathroom and positioned on large boy underclothes something of the day. as quickly as I sat him on the bathroom he could scream, his mom could no longer take it so i helped out, (I babysat him and had him all day so as that helped). She wasn't very consistant, yet i could calm him down and clarify this isn't any large deal every person does it. this may appear kinda stupid, yet I crammed the sink up with water and flicked the water and confirmed him that when he potties it will make a plop sound....Like I made interior the sink. So I asked him if he might desire to pass potty and teach me the way it makes a plop sound...I made a vast deal approximately it and after a pair tries he finally did it. Then that weekend, we've been at his abode and he actally went for his mom too....considering the fact that then he has used the bathroom! Get imaginitive and attempt goofy issues, now and returned they artwork. i comprehend this particularly worked for him! He even have been given rewarded for doing this type of large concern!

Let her take a shower. If she won't go in by herself, get in with her and when it's time, ask her if she is staying in by herself like a big girl, or getting out with you. She just needs to get reaquainted with the tub.

She is not a puppy, don't rub her nose in it! (Typical male answer)...I don't know how to help you because I haven't had to deal with that yet. Maybe you could try to take a bath with her, if that isn't too uncomfortable for you, to show her that bathtime is still fun and not icky.

put fun toys in the tub and tell her they are only for the tub adn if she wants to play wiht them she can get in the tub. you can try getting in with her (after you ask her to try to use the potty first).
