I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm not that happy with my body exspecially my legs and butt so if you could give me some diet tips along with excersises and/or websites that would be great!

Most of us are not happy with one or another of our body parts. Dieting is just a way of making us pretend to be happier with ourselves through the process. True love for yourself comes from the conviction that you have much more to offer than any one body part. You have intelligence, humor, kindness, compassion, inner strength and so many more things to offer. Besides dieting can lead to health problems if you exaggerate or do it improperly. Exercise, eat a balanced diet and LOVE YOURSELF the way you are!!! Once you do that, it will show and others will love you even more than they already do.

hey ther sweetie, I have a sister that is your age and she thinks the same thing. All I tell her is not to be lazy. at your age your body is changing so much. Changing to the point you cant help. I mean yeah watch what you eat and do excersis.
Run or walk when you get home from school everyday. I would recommend walking first and then start running. it helps!

don't be ashame of your body type i know there is some guy who would love to be with someone like you. so don't say thing's like that cause that's how u females get a badddd mind frame then the next thing u know it your eating an throwing back up your food plus your a creation from god god loves u no matter what for his love last eternally, but to answer your question watch what you eat and don't try to over eat. eat healthy things like fruits an vegetables i hope these word that i write to you helps well remeber god is love

I'm not an expert, but don't go on a diet, not a serious one anyway. You're growing, you're body will everntually form into shape, you can't diet when you're still growing. Just make sure you have a balanced diet, and eat healthily. You can't go wrong!

Welcome 2 a girls world your 14 you'll either stretch up or side ways so becareful what you eat .....eat healthy join a sport that will help you loose weight like soccer i love soccer it has a lot of running i was 160 and now in a month i lost 15 pounds!

dont eat as much carbs i was pertty big unitl i started drinkin 4 bottles of water a day and cutting down on the carbs big time...and crunches are a good help too! running and jumping rope try going working out at the gym!

I would not start any major dieting just yet. Your body is still has some growing to do. Just try to eat healthier and exercise.

look im gonna tell u 2 be happy with yourself cause if your try-n to impress a boy and he doesnt like u 4 who u r hes not worth it. but i suggest low carb diet.

14 is when you start to change more.
walk. run.swim that Will help your legs and butt.

eat healthy and get ur friends to help u...and play waterpolo cause it makes you more toned [butt and thighs and arms]
