Sometimes people rebel. Just be a quiet example and let him observe this in you, chances are he will come back to Christianity when the time is right. Judging him will only alienate him right now so just be a light that shines until he sees it.

Love your Brother - You won't get to many more :) Don't let silly beliefes get in the way of family. If anythign you shoudl be applauding him for having the mindset to follow his own thoughts and wishes.

Tough question, I would tell him to keep opinions to himself about my beliefs and music. Then I would read the bible at him about how wicked is lifestyle is and how he is going to spend entirety burning in hell. Harden his heart, so he realizes all people that don't submit to god’s wishes are his enemy and will be destroyed.

Wow!!!
The Bible says we are to love our neighbor as ourself. The Bible also says to forsake your mother, father, brother, sister, etc...seeking the Rightousness of God's Kingdom and ALL Things will be added to you.
The Bible also says that a Prophet in his own home, is without honor.
EXPLANATION:
1. The Bible says we are to love our neighbor as ourself.
You love everyone as Christ (Jesus; Christ is the "annointing") loved everyone. He gave his life, so that we would have life and have it more abundately. So continue to love him and others who are not in the will of God.
2. The Bible also says to forsake your mother, father, brother, sister, etc...seeking the Rightousness of God's Kingdom and ALL Things will be added to you.
When it comes to YOUR RELATIONSHIP with God, you can let NO ONE and NOTHING get in the way of your relationship. Continue to serve and worship God. Talk to God and Pray for your brother. But again, do not let even his "un-faithful" behavior change you. If you are to have quality time with him, explain to him that the "athiest" behavior won't do it. Plan movie outings, etc... that will not force his behavior that clashes with your beliefs and vice versa. Make telephone conversations sweet and short. When you are confronted with the "athiest" language, tone, demeanor, etc... simply say, I love you but I will not be a partaker to the blasphemy against our God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I will talk to you later. LOVE YOU! and get off the phone. When he calls about a problem and wants to fuss, tell him the word of God, but nicely and love him with Scripture.
3. The Bible also says that a Prophet in his own home, is without honor.
Jesus was unable to perform the great amount of miracles as he desired (and as the Holy Spirit) desired in his hometown, because of Their unbelief.
Most Christians will experience more disbelief and pain towards their love to and for God and their lifestyle as a Christian from their Family. Be mindful of that.
Motivate yourself through prayer. Pray without ceasing (even before you speak to your brother on the phone), etc...
God Bless You my sister.
