the oil and vinegar that are usually served on their own for salads are: oil: olive oil. vinegar: balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. When you say vin? are you saying vinegar or vinaigrette? vinaigrette is the emulsion of oil and vinegar to make a dressing.

For vinaigrettes: you can create many combination with different vinegars and oil. Usually the name of the vinaigrette indicates what vinegar was used or oil. and dressing are more fatty than just the oil and vinegar alone.

because they can contain, eggs or other oils to blend the vinaigrettes.

They usually use soybean or canola oil and apple cider vinegar.

As you can see, balsamic has WAY MORE calories than apple cider vinegar.

Probably a balsamic vinaigrette. 1 part balsamic vinaigre, 3 parts olive oil. You can then add whatever you think tastes best, whether it be a little ground mustard, salt, pepper, or garlic.

Usually extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Vinegar, of any type, has no fat. The oil has the fat (olive oil has 17 grams of fat per serving).
