Good question, I’d choose Martin Luther myself. An intelligent man that stood up for what he knew was wrong with the church at the time. Joseph Smith is a close second, although he was a bit egotistical he was the only one the sacrificed himself for what he believed. Not the Pope, he obviously wouldn’t know whatever came from his mouth. Then he’d have to apologize and rephrase. Gandhi wouldn’t have anything to say or do, although he was a great man, there’s not much you could learn by having lunch with him. Dawkins would be too confusing, although his general logic would make sense; he doesn’t take into account many elements of life that he doesn’t think exists. I could never take him seriously.

Not the pope. Not Joseph Smith. Martin Luther... no way. Ghandi would be interesting, but I cand do with out. Richard Dawkins is an intelligent person with a several flaws in his writings about abiogenesis which actually prove abiogenesis wrong. I would probably stick to... none, most are dead anyways.

I would have lunch with Joseph Smith, ask him how he dealt with all the flak he got from mobs and stuff because all these anti's on Y!A are really starting to bother me.

I would avoid... Richard Dawkins because authors typically are peculiar people, especially him.

Richard Dawkins - Scientist and Author of "The God Delusion"
Mahatma Gandhi - Pacifist Leader

The rest are delusional (or they pretend to be for $$$$$).

I would have to say Joseph Smith because I would really like him to convince me that he isn't a nutball.
P.S. Why did you change the question to proper grammar because someone commented on it. Personally I think that correcting someone else's grammar is rude when the only reason for doing it is to be a smart ***. If it is done in a critical way to help then it's acceptable. Don't let people annoy you like that, good for him he's a literary scholar.

Richard Dawkins - I would like to have lunch with him because I think it would be interesting to hear his views. Someone like that can be educational. It would be nice to understand why he thinks the way he does.

The Pope - I would avoid eating lunch with him because I don't really like the moral code he espouses. He thinks that "rock and roll" music is the "vehicle on the highway to hell". That's a pretty outlandish and absurd statement. He is too outdated in his ideas, even if his belief in God is correct.

Martin Luther... just cause I think it would be interesting to hear his whole story... or I'd like to ask Joseph Smith some serious questions about holy underwear, lol. Oh, and I'd probably avoid the pope... don't ask me why, cause I don't know...

Richard Dawkins.

The Pope. I would ask him about the future of pastoral care for Catholics who prefer the more traditional forms of Catholic worship, and how he is going to deal with the rampant liturgical abuse and dissent in the Church.

Joseph Smith interests me the least.
