have sufferd from derpression and social anexity disorder for 4 years.( i am also a carrer for my mother since i was 6, i am going to be 18 soon)
i have tryed, hypthearpy, CBT, loads of anti derpessents ( differnt kinds etc) self help books, thearpist, Journey thearpy etc

But then i came across a retreat, that might be able to help, its quite far from where i live and cost alot, but do you think i should go for it?

it looks like a really nice place and it's not that expensive for the single budget room when you consider that your food is included.

it sounds like you deserve a break away on your own and if you like the place and think you'd have a nice time there go for it. there are probably loads of supportive people there and you'll be able to go on lovely walks.

i don't think it would be a long term solution to your problems but might help you get a new perspective on things and give you a bit of time off.

if you decided to go, have a lovely relaxing peaceful time x
