Organized religion has defined dogma, as well as a power structure. "Disorganized" religion has a central principle without dogma, and usually lacks a power structure; hence, disorganized religions can have a practically infinite number of "denominations."
Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and the like are organized religions. Pagan reconstructivism, neopaganism, Buddhism, and others are disorganized religions.
Another way to look at it: organized religions halt thought and questioning to varying degrees, whereas disorganized religions encourage exploration.

The disorganized religion tends to think outside the box and explore new ideas while the organized cling to popular beliefs no matter how improbable, like "hell." The disorganized bring their consciences into their faith and realize how cruel such a place would be and realize how pointless it is for a god to create such a place. The organized separate conscience from their faith and say, "that's just the way it is."

I think disorganized religion would be an oxymoron. The two elements of religion are
(1)Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe.
(1)A personal or institutionalized system grounded in such belief and worship.
Thus it can't really be "disorganized", per se

Well, most anti-theists are disorganized, some agnostics are, Christians as a whole are, but denominationally they do not do bad, Islams have many different sects so they are a lot like Christians and Jews as well.

You'd probably wont understand this...But The Fact Is the ANOINTING/APPOINTING......Anointing/Being lead by the holy spirit,and being obedient to God in his Laws,follow this no,Disorganizing will take place...Appointing/when man wants to do things,their own way,without the leadership of God ,through the Holy Ghost....Which brings on kayos and destruction...
