i think she likes another dude that she always is talking to when we are on the phone and she always calls the idiotic freak of nature before she calls me. the guy propsed to her once but we're all only 13 and he is 14. the guy is a retard and he likes my girl and i think she likes him because, every time i say "i love you" to her she just goes "uh" but when he says it she says "i love you too". So what should i do.

DUDE! Dump her now!! First off, if she is your girl..she should NOT be telling another guy she loves him. Sorry, but she is just playing you. When someone is your girlfriend, you should not have to worry about another party. And I'm sure she knows this makes you uncomfortable and she ain't doing anything about it. Call her, and just tell her that its over. You don't really even need to explain why, you have enough reason. She will know. And I'm sure she probley wants to break up with you too, but doesn't know how to tell you. If she ain't hiding her feelings for the other dude, she has no respect for you and she doesn't care either how you feel. Let her go, you will find someone else. Tell her the truth. Tell her that she is not showing you the same feelings and love that you show her. And although you do love her, she is obviously consumed with things that this other guy does.
Tell her that a relationship needs: trust, communication and respect. And there is obviously not good communication between the two of you, if she needs to call the other guy first. Tell, her it is hard to trust her, because another guy is saying "I love you" to her and she does nothing to stop it and she is still in contact with him all the time, knowing how he feels. And she is not respecting you or your feelings by not being honest and open with what is going on.
Just be honest, she is being blantent about what she is doing and how she is acting. You can not blame someone for something if you do not tell them what they are doing wrong. It is up to them, to make the actions necessary.

first of all dear, you're too young to be this serious about any girl but be that as it may it' sounds like she's got the conception of deception down to a fine art and may just be toying with you. So have her sit down and tell you the truth. what is she up to and which of you does she want? if she still says "uh" when you say i love you after that, you can call her and tell her it's over by all means. You're still young and you should be having fun.

The next time that other guy comes around. Say get away from my girl or i'll hurt you. If he keeps coming take a pen and sing a song and do a dance, then throw the pen at him. If he still keeps coming take the girl and run. While you running throw a bomb over your shoulder to make sure he stops chasing you.Then the girl is all yours. great plan huh!

Ahhh...puppy love... You need to do what makes you happy in the long run!! Don't tell her you love her anymore since she isn't saying it back... And start spending more time with your friends. She may start giving you more attention cause you are giving her less but don't give in... Just let her go. You will someday find someone who completes you and you wouldn't want to waste that on someone who won't even say I love you too.

Break up with her. She sounds confused. Besides, you are way young. Enjoy your youth and find someone that really cares about you. You can just tell her that you don't feel like she's ready to be in a serious relationship, you can just tell her that you don't feel like she's the one for you. Actually, if she isn't reciprocating your feelings then just break up with her and she doesn't really deserve an explanation. She's got that other guy and would probably go back to him when you break up with her. She might be waiting for you to break up with her.

This is too easy. I am sure you have other females attracted to you as well. Start talking to one of them, then tell your girlfriend; who seems to be interested in someone else anyway. Tell her things are moving too fast between the both of you, and you think that you should give each other some space. Be sure you break it off before she does.

dump her dont let her hurt you! 13 or 14 thats way to young to be geting proposed to! breaking up with her is better then her telling you that she cheated on you of another guy.And i i said I lOve You to her and hse didnt say i back or she said uhh i love you too i would comfront her! do something bout it before u end up being the one that gets hurt not her!
