Well my friend down the hall has recently been too the doctors and its mono. I spend allot of time with her in the dorm and in close proximity to her and I would like to know if I should be checked too. Occasionally we share a drink or something like that and it’s not often. So should I be tested too?

I don't think there's much a doctor can do for it, but it's worth getting checked out. It's only a $20 co-pay. And if you do have it and the Doc can do something it's worth it, because mono can take as long as two months to fully be out of your system.
