you would need to know what was used and ask a Professional hairstylist what your options are...

Well when I was younger, I did that every summer because I used to be at the beach and the salt water ruined my relaxed hair.

I washed my hair with a beer and egg solution. I believe the beer stripped the relaxer from my hair and the egg was like a colesteral type of support to my hair. It was rather easy. I washed my hair as usual, poured a can/bottle of beer and egg mixed solution over my hair. I rewashed it and then conditioned it with regulaur conditioner and dried it as usual.

I didnt have much trouble with the ends needing to be cut off. I just kept my hair braided or in a bun so when I was ready to relax again, I trimmed it then.

Once a relaxer is added to your hair, there is no way to remove it, only by growing it out.

What do you mean? After is processed? Or when it's still in the hair. I will tell you both wyas. The processed one you have to cut it out. And the relaxer that is still not rinsed out you have to use a neutralizer shampoo.
