Yes you do. Unless you are married, "gloves" are for a lot more than just preventing pregnancy. Every STD you can get from normal sex you can also get from anal sex. So unless you are in a committed relationship and you know that both of you are STD free, you should always use protection no matter what kind of intercourse you have.

Yes!!! yes yes yes!!! There is so much bacteria in there. Who knows what lives in there!!! YOu could get some type of disease. AND if you put in in her front end after being in the back end, you could give her a nasty infection inside!!!!!

With a toy, I'd say absolutely. Otherwise you have to boil and sanitize it afterwards.

With the real thing it is not necessary, but I wouldn't suggest not using one if you don't know for sure that you aren't going to catch anything. (No offense meant to anyone.)

As long as you're safe, then do as you please.

I use lots of lube so it makes cleanup easier. You need one for STD protection; its not necessary otherwise, but its a good idea to use one.
