Actually this is taken out of context. I am not even sure in the Bible where this is, but I can say this.
I was not raised by my mother, I was raised by my Aunt. It is because you are so close and know each other so well that you do not get along. I lived my mother for a time and did not get along with her, she was neglectful and abusive. I lived with different Aunts and Uncles, and as the relationships progressed sometimes we would be like mother and daughter at each others throats.
It also states in the Bible that we need to honor our parents, so unless your mother was asking you to break the law or she was bringing you to rath abusing you are whatever, then you made the right choice not to go against her.
It is not easy being a parent are a child is it. Course I don't know if you have children or even how old you are. Anyway, I don't think that you and your mother getting along or not getting along have to do with the Bible, I just think it is a normal relationship that needs some work.

It does not say that in the bible. He says in the last days that daughters will be against mothers. That is not why he came. He came so that we might be free of sin. Need a little more specs on this one, hard to know what your talking about. I am a Mom and I argue with my daughter also, however its usually over something that needs to be done. Not just to argue. I love my daughter and would never want any harm to befall her so there are times Im sure in her eyes that I am mean. But watch Moms in the nature world. Cats, dogs, sometimes Mom is mean to them also.

Yes it is in the Bible,I have read that .He was talking about believing, and one will believe and the other won,t ,and when one turns to jesus and the other refuses to believe it will cause one to be turned against the other..It has happened a lot of times. When christians turn to God and it does sometimes turn families against..each other...He was speaking about the truth and believe in God can cause problems in the family,I have seen it happen when children want to serve God and the family is dead set aganist it,and tell them they are in a cult...It is used in a spiritual sense....What you are referring to is not what the Bible is talking about unless you are wanting to be a christian and have been involved in a church or certain religion and your mom is trying to make you give up your religion....

36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

I have never heard of such thing. Perhaps maybe in revelations were it says that there will come a time when father and son(not mother and daughter but same thing) will turn against each other and the worls be a caos. It NEVER says Jesus came to do that, rather than to bring peace and harmony....Get your facts straight.

Are you talking about Jesus Ramirez that lives in El Paso? Don't listen to him. He just does that because he thinks it gives him a better chance of scoring with both of them. That guy is something else.....
