In NY you cannot sell wine or beer on the street or at all unless you already have a state on sale liscense and outside only during a street fair or public festival previously designated and permited by it's promoters as for such purpose.

You wanna do it for one day, hook up with a liscensee and make him/her a cut of what you sell otherwise you are SOL.
