Looking for a source that can tell me what diseases are caused by the absence or reduction of the isozyme phosphodiesterase. I have been able to find expermimental treatments using phosphodiesterase inhibitors, but I have not been able to get a list of diseases that list the lack of phosphodiesterase as being the direct cause.

If you have a look at the google search below, it seems that phosphodiesterase deficiency is associated with cardiac failure and arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy and someone thinks it's associated with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome but I can't seem to find any reference to it in the emedicine website.
