Any ideas or prescriptions?

wow. what a question!!
years ago I was very much lacking in confidence but gradually I have come to believe in myself and have therefore built up my self esteem.
Positive reinforcement from others helps a great deal.
Give encouragement, we can all flourish.
you are unique, valuable and precious.indeed we all are.
spread the word!!!

Counselling can work out where your confidence has gone, and could try to boast it again.

Also keep positive, praise your self, if you make a mistake, dont give yourself a telling off, everyone makes mistakes.

Lots of positives from family can really help to make you feel good.

I have been seeing a counsellor, and was told to look in the mirror every morning and say hi to myself!! Instead of looking into it and thinking rubbish.

The only thing pescription wise is anti-depressants if you think you could be depressed.

Keep positive.

You can get a self help book from the library on self esteem,i read it,and it was really good,helps boast your confidence.
