I believe that girls should absolutely ask guys out. Guys like girls who aren't afraid to reach out for what they want and who are risk-takers.

depend, if you have the upper hand in the relationship, differently ask him out, because he will be HAPPY as hell.

on other hand if you are not, then don't.
