the lead for the cd changer is there the ford radio mfd mx navagation has a different plug . is there an interface out there

I think its unlikely but you could try either Soundlinx or connects2.
You'd probably have more luck interfacing an aftermarket (Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood) changer
