I think we will find flaws in all charities, in all churches, in all religions, in all kinds of people.... this is the way the world turns. I think that.... those who have the most humble and giving hearts are the best example of Christ and they will carry themselves with the best integrity they possible can. Unfortunately, nobody's perfect and everyone has the abiltity to be bad and evil

Essenes. (Search "Essene") - you may be shocked.
They were very early followers of Jesus' philosophy and instructions. Constantine's first job was to try to destroy them and their notes on Jesus. Why?
The Essenes saw no instructions from Jesus for Christians to form an empire. - Just pass on the good message; about going to Heaven (how to live your life in a way that will get you to Heaven). -- "Gospel has always meant "good message", but Christian empires interpreted it "Good News" so that they could adopt Paul's corruption of Jesus' "Good Message". (A huge difference)
I know nothing about the modern churches that call themselves names associated with Essenes. examples: Essene Nazarenes, and Essene Church of Christ. However, if they ask you to do anything to build or grow their empire, then they have violated the doctrines of the Early Essenes. (Remember: The original Essenes felt it was a sin to build and grow an empire.)
Naturally, In 325AD the religious empires rejected the Essene scrolls as part of the New Testament.
Example:
Jesus told the essenes:
Pray to your father in Heaven. And, Pray to your mother in Heaven (when you need healing). - I don't want to ruin it for you. So search "Essene" for a shock and "thrill" when seeking the truth (whatever that is?)
I think the real nitty gritty is called "Gospel of the Essenes", but I am not sure.

Salvation Army and The Hospice, in my opinion.
(Both founded on Christian values)
