I prefer one amp setups, they're easier to manage and make for a cleaner install . However if you choose, I suggest wiring all 3 subs in parallel or parallel/series and running one amp. I very strongly disapprove of running more than one amp to more or less than an equal number of subs wired together (for example, two amps running one sub, or 2 amps running 3 subs. Running two amps to two subs is good, and also running two amps to four subs is good, as long as all the subs are only connected in pairs, and not all together.), reason being is you have to set the amp gains EXACTLY the same (or if they're two totally different amps, to the same power output) or else one amp will want to drive the sub farther than the other amp does, causing the voice coil to rip itself apart. Some amps do, however, come with a feature that auto-sets gains on slave amps (one main amp is where you set the gain, and all the others connected to it are set to the same level automatically). Hope this helps

It will work technically but personlly I would sell the 250/1 and get either a 500/1 or 1000/1 for the 3 subs.

You don't mention how big the subs are, but yes, 2 subs are better than one. Run one sub on one amp, and then the other 2 subs on one amp. You should be more than fine.

it would be enough power for 2 of them but running 3 off of it is pushing the limits. one would always be starving for power. get a bigger amp. or sell the 3rd one. you need a amp thats 400-500 watts RMS. remeber RMS its important.
