By kicking butt I mean if the reigns were taken off of our soldiers and they were allowed to really go after and kill the enemy where ever they may be in that country. Also, if the network news showed more news of our victories rather than our enemy's percieved victories. Maybe if the news showed footage of our soldiers shooting the enemy in the head instead of showing an Al Quaeda snuff film.

I support the troops. I think that are troops are kicking butt when they can. Look at the fights that they're in on Haifa Street in Baghdad they are saving people who are trapped in their homes without food or water and US TV is showing it on the Evening News!

It's the leadership that I question I think that if the planners had realistically planned for this war we would not be in the trouble we are now. But that would have meant keeping the Iraqi Army and police in existence a under a tight rein and using the troops who are fighting now for the fourth or fifth time on the same streets to rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraq.

Our troops are the best but they can't do anything with nothing. The General s in Iraq know more about the sitrep then the Brasshats in Washington.

You just don't get it do you retard! Our Troops are allowed wide range and latitude and still they can't stop this war. If you want my support you have to show that by staying there we would so demoralize the terrorist that they would give up terrorism. Good luck with that! It's time to stop being so stupidly childish and see the situation for what it is a civil war with us stuck in the middle I am tired of losing my friends just so jerks like you can prattle on about taking on the enemy. Well son there is no real enemy just us in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you want to support something go to where the enemy really lives in Afghanistan and Pakistan then you might get some sympathy from me or are you just gonna keep whining how reality done you wrong!

I am going to guess that you are some teenage j***-off who has no idea what he is talking about. We are not trying to "win" in Iraq. We are there to help these people rebuild their country. We are not trying to shoot bad guys in the head. We are trying to keep the peace. When you turn 18, sign on the dotted line and join me over here. You'll see what it's about.
