How can I download pictures FROM my computer to my camera's memory card ?

Same way you download photos from the camera to the PC.
Most Cameras behave like "drives", so as soon as you connect them via USB, you should see them connected as drives.
After that, drag and drop files.

Once you have the camera connected to your computer, it usually shows up another drive. Once you have that go to windows explorer and simply copy the photos, similar to how you copy files between drives.
