i was thinkin it would be kind of hard to save more gas and get a s many horses or torque if you dont know how many rpms youre at when ur shifting.

Aftermarket tachs are available from most parts stores. Just buy one, install it and away you go.

All the manual transmissioned Neons had a tachometer. Stick shift Neons were about 5% of total US market production. I had a '95 Plymouth Sport with an automatic but I cannot remember if it had a tach. All R/Ts, ACRs and SRT4s were manual transmission outfitted.

I will try to research the "Sports" and add the answer later.

I'm pretty sure all the manuals did, I had a 95 neon sport manual and it did. All the sport's should have one
