It's an Adobe product, Look there-

Or you can just go directly to the photoshop product page via http://www.photoshop.com (go figure)

It's expensive but it's really great -- that's why it's expensive! I'm a graphic artist and it's considered the industry standard. Don't settle for less if you can afford it.
