I think it is when you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with the person.
-When you can see yourself buying/building a house together
-When you can see yourself raising a family with them (if that is something you want).
-When you have a disagreement, you are able to talk about it and come to an agreement (even if the person has to leave to cool down and then come back)
-When you are able to completely trust that person
-When even if you are sad and upset at the world, that person can make you smile
-When you think of that person first, and you can't wait to tell them your big news or whatever.
-When you can feel like you can tell them anything and they won't judge you or get mad at you (well, unless it is cheating or lying or something like that)
-When you are able to enjoy activities together, like going to the fair or the car show or whatever else
-When there is more to the relationship than just "getting laid" on a regular basis
-When you find yourself falling more in love the more time that you are with that person
-When that person loves you just as you are, no changes needed

I'd say when you talk and/or see him...your heart beats faster or You want to spend everyday of your life with him. I thought I found true love a few times,but, the relationships didn't work out for me unfortunately.

This is what you feel when you've found true love...
-you think about them hours on end
-you feel completely comterble around them
-you smile every time you see them or hear their name
-when you can say that you love them
-when you know you would do anything for them
-when you would put them before anyone else

When you feel as if the world could end everything in your life but not your love for your spouse, and your spouse feels the same.
Basically when you feel that nothing in the world matters but the other person.
