What is your complaint? Or is it that you just did not like to pay? You should really put this in your post before you want to complain.

Firstly, you complain to the practice (I am assuming they are NHS in this case) then state that you will give them 5 days to reply. When you receive your reply whether satisfied or not write to your local PCT (LHB in Wales) stating your complaint and that your not happy with the reply. If still unhappy, contact the GDC who will have the authority to strike off the dentist if the case is serious enough. If the Dentist is a Denplan Dentist, you need to once again write to the dentist first, then contact Denplan on 0800 328 3223 and ask for their conciliation/arbitration dept. Denplan will then act as a mediator between you and the dentist. Only 4% of cases get referred to the arbitrators so thats 96% of cases resolved amicably.

i had a bad dentist last year, he was all right, but he wasnt v nice to me, or some other people, he liked to rush you, so he could see as many people as he could, he didnt care if you were in pain or not,
so i changed dentists, and i have found someone who is very nice, and he dont like to see u in pain,
i would change dentist's and dont tell your old one, thats what i did,
