There really is no good answer for this problem. The only suggestion I can offer is to brush your dog daily, vacuum more often and buy a bunch of lint rollers. Oh yeah, and do not wear a lot of black clothing because for some reason it picks up all the hair.

Use Bounce anti-static fabic softener sheets for your drier.. They work really well! You can find them just about anywhere, and they are in the isle with the luandry soaps.
That is what I use, and I own three dogs.
The shedding can also be a sign of bad food.. Or food that doesn't have the right things in it, so I suggest feeding Lassie Natural Way. You can read about it here: www.lassie.com/naturalway
And no matter what the coat length is your dog should be brushed at least once a week. I hope this helps.

sense free that you do not have a tremendous pyrenees! hehehe i exploit a broom, or a short dealt with brush like they promote at truckstops for cleansing tires, or at walmart. Walmart Mainstays 7-56093-00240-6 "Gong Brush" ironmongery save: Carlisle #40540 brush or a broom with extremely stiff bristles. I brush the free hairs and then pull or comb them from the comb and positioned them interior the trash in the previous I vacuum. Heavy shedding canine are lack of life on MANY vacuums. also... get a slicker brush and a rake, and brush the canine with both on a popular foundation. this kind you'll pull the free hairs out and would positioned them interior the trash more desirable genuinely.

Bit of a silly question really, leading to lots of silly answers like, get rid of the dog, keep it in the garden, do not set it come near you etc. Wrap a roll of sticky tape round your fingers, pat your clothing with it, do it on your car seats as well. A good vacuum that is approved for dog hairs, hope it helps.

Shave the dog we did that and it worked and our dog was cute in a werid big rat way that is not a bad thing though a shaved dog is too cute. Or have you heard of a hand brush it is a glove with a brush on it you can pull all the loose hairs off

If you find out, let me know.

I keep my clothes in a part of the house away from the dogs. I get dressed after I've taken care of the dogs, just before I walk out the door. I'm STILL covered in dog hair. Don't ask me how.

My lint brush is my friend........

Buy a dyson animal vacuum should be less hair in your home or apt. to get into your clothes. The vacuum are not cheap but they are worth the money that you spend on them,

I use a pet hair magnet brush (available from all leading pet stores). It's ideal and also does the carpets; so gets up the hair that the vacuum doesn't manage!

if it is because your dog is on the settee, cover it up or dont let your dog in there. Brush him 2 or 3 times a day, wash him weekly to help.

this isn't an orthodox answer, and most vets would scream, but my grandmother put grease in her dog's food. He's a white dachschund/rat terrier mix and would get hair all over everything. She started putting a few spoonfuls of grease, whether it was from her cooking eggs, bacon, or some kind of fatty food, in his food, and within a month he wasn't shedding. If you do this, watch for indigestion, and if he's alright, then do it and just don't mention it to the vet.

I would also like to add that my grandmother now has an obese, non-shedding dog.
