well it seems like he likes you a lot but he might not want to be in a relationship or he might just want to be friends but I mean you should talk to him about it. I mean he might just be confused right now and needs time. I feel that you should talk to him. I know it probally isnt the easiest thing to do but it will make you feel better.

Yes he's playing games so don't bother with him anyways, obviously he does like you as more then just a friend but thinks he needs to play hard to get, go figure....
