most men go after the "prepy" girls instead of the "Smart" girls???
how come all most guys do is if they are in highschool or college all they want with us Smart girls is to copy off our paper's! why can't men take us smart girls seriously??? I mean since I get streight A's and B's guys just see me as a way to get out of they're homework!!!! is there any guy around that likes "BOOKWORMS"?
I am a good looking bookworm! I just don't like the way most men treat me!

Well it seems that most guys just go for girls who are prepy becasue they are insecure and they want to be the "smart one" in the relationship. well at least that is how i see it. I mean I do like prepy girls however every time i seem to look for someone i dont like them. i was talking to someone who is very smart and i just seemed to like that person more than any prepy cheerleader or whatever. I mean you shouldnt worry about finding a guy i'm sure that you will find a guy that likes a smart and pretty girl and that you should always just think positive and not worry to much. hope you have a great day. maybe you can help me with my question? oh and let me know if ya want to talk. :D

In most cases, guys are somewhat intimidated by the smart girls, and also the other type girl may be easier for them to get what they are after, if you know what I mean. You keep being a good looking bookworm though, your time will come.

It maybe because most the guys you know aren't really into the "prepy" thing but more of who shows them a little more flesh, if you caugh my drift. But since you say your already good looking, then you should have no problem getting guys to noice you. Now I'm not saying to go out and buy revealing cloths or anything, all I'm saying is try to be alittle more open social wise. But if your social too then it wouldn't hurt to buy jeans that are a little tighter. But if your not really into that then go with how you feel.

yes by point I like Bookworms and studious girls because I pride myself on my own intelligence and weather or not my companion is as smart as i doses matter. you as a girl should know that gies want something from preppy girls that they can get easier than from a brain. As a gye looking for a girl OI never had much luck either way because of my looks but I watched others and learned the lessons anyway

You said men and what you're describing is boys. BOYS go after the preppy girls because they are always thinking with their little head and not their brain. Those of us who have matured don't "go" after any one kind of girl and I tend to like the smarter women.
Preppies are all about looks and with a little mud their looks goes right out the door while you could throw a smart woman into a pig pin and she'll still come out smelling like roses cause she'll have something intelligent to say about the experience.
If you only see BOYS that lust after the preps, then you're hanging out with the wrong group.

It is a fact, Smartness isn't even inherited. Looks are... I mean People want good looking kids not an ugly one that can build a complex building. When women go to sperm banks they look for an ideal man... smartness isn't even in the equation. Looks are instant smarts takes awhile to find out.

Boys don't appreciate girls who are smart. But when you become a women over 21, "men" will appreciate you more. Right now at your age, all boys want is a piece because there hormones are in overdrive and they don't know how to really control them with out drooling. Be patient the right guy will come along one day and he will appreciate you for you. :)

Guys do like smart girls, but to be honest are a little bit itimidated by them. Most guys figure that smart girls are stuck up and wont even try, like you girls are out of our league.

News flash for you......"boys" act that way.......not "Men"!!!! If a guy is intimidated by an intelligent woman, then he's too insecure to be with her anyway. Personally, I've always liked the quiet, shy ones....get past their shyness and usually find a fantastic woman in there.
