I once gave my dad a coffee mug that said "I got busted in Puerto Rico"... the mug was shaped like a breast with a hole in the nipple to sip from.....

When I tended bar I always started my tip jar out with a couple dollar bills and some loose change. If it looks like others have already been tipping people are more likely to throw more into the jar.

I suggest a beer stein with a sticker on it that says "Tipping is not a city in China". I saw that once and thought it was too funny. If anything, it might be a conversation starter.

Get big empty pickle jar.......Get a picture of your face in a pleading expression...put it on the jar....on top write please...on the bottom write tip.

Set up a large funnel and have the customers throw their money into it. It's fun, I've seen it in a biker bar in Florida.

I use a fish bowl i put some of that liquid stain glass on it to look like there are fish inside.
