You should get back whatever you had withheld, plus an earned income credit of around $4500.

Tax questions are hard to answer with such limited questions, but heres a shot. I'm going to assume that both children are qualified for the EITC and that you had no tax withheld from your jobs. If the 12,000 in wages and the 2,000 in unemployment benefits is the only income you have to claim you will receive roughly 4,500 in EITC from your federal return. This is just an estimate based on little information please consult a tax professional to file your return.

Depends on whether or not you had taxes withheld at your 2 jobs.
Given your profile, you most likely will not have any taxes due, so you should receive a refund of any taxes you had withheld.

Not without knowing how much tax was withheld in the first place.

I don't even know how much you paid in. If you claimed 4 on dependants you may not get much. If you claimed 1 you'll get back most you paid in.

I suggest you fill out your Form 1040, so you can get an exact answer without having to guess.
