I understand what you're saying. I hate veggies too. I've started eating tacos alot lately because it's an easy way to sneak in veggies and still have a great tasting meal. I use ground turkey meat, romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, sweet vidalia onions, fat free sour cream, low fat cheese, and hot sauce. You can even get low sodium taco seasoning packs now which makes it even better for you. I know you can't live on tacos alone but if you feel like you need some greenage this will do the trick every once in awhile.

sometimes you can make snacks with combos of different healthy foods--some good ones are peanut butter, raisins, celery, grapes, strawberries, carrots, tomatoes, nuts like almonds, blueberries, cheese, whole grain bread, and so on. All food, healthy or not, should be eaten in fist sized amounts.
