They certainly don't go into weird fits!
They will ask you many questions, and their aura will be intense, as will many other characteristics about them.
They will not be what you expect (from what you've previously heard or seen)
They could be a million things, but the genuine ones won't charge you a penny. The mere idea of taking credit for their gift, is against the nature.
It's one of those abilities that cannot and should never be tapped financially. A true medium will not bill you. If you need help in making a life changing decision/s - and happen upon a natural medium - take the communication to heart and work on understanding it. Don't be afraid of asking questions.
We're all mediums to an extent. Listen to the heart of your own intuition.
Don't ever lie to yourself.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Medium (Mediator) between man and God. God knows were the dead are.
So, if a loved one dies, I pray to Jesus and ask the Lord if my loved one is in heaven with my Lord. And the Lord lets me know in my knower. Though, I haven't talked to them spiritually. Only prayer to my Lord
The only spiritual beings I have talked to are ones the Lord introduced me to and they were Prophets of the Lord God when they were alive in the flesh on the earth. And God had an answer to a question or prayer for me from them.
Also, it is a sin to go to any medium that consults with the dead, unless you go to the Lord Jesus Christ. Anyone that is born of God, sealed with the Holy Spirit, can pray in spirit & truth to the Lord and listen and hear what the spirit has to say. If any lack wisdom, ask of the Lord, who gives liberally, if we don't doubt or be unspecific.

Die and then try speaking to them. Tell someone who is about to die a secret between only the two of you and then ask the medium what it is. Short of that, you're only going to hear what you want to hear and consider real only that which answers you have.

Spirits who claim they are the dead, do tho.
Therefore mediums are nothing but tricksters who claim they can speak to the dead but speak to other creatures instead.

They won't charge you a dime, they have really, really scary eyes, they float about ten inches off the ground, they have a green light radiating out of the top of their head with no apparent source, They speak in ancient Egyptian,

They will tell you something without you asking, or, they will confirm something without you asking.
Such as, did you father wear a red tie every Saturday. Something only you and your family can confirm.
