I would suggest seeing a derm. THey can give you RX for a wide variety of cleansers cream & suggestions of treatments. While you are waiting you can try a Salicyclic Cleanser ( Neutrogena Acne Wash)and a Benzoyl Peroxide cream ( be aware this can bleach towels, pillow cases, etc. I would not try any over the counter products for the brown spots.

try mixing 1 lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of sugar,then put on your face for about 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water...it works for me.
