As a young teen what is an exercise I can do to get rid of love handles?

Also a easy exercise.

Oh yeah.
Some diet tips.
I dont need to but I wan to loose 15 pounds.
Im five foot five and I think Im 155 0r 150.
Im not sure.

Aerobics are great for shedding some pounds. Ig your 5;5 and 150 that kinda on the heavy side. you need and should lose about 15-20 lbs.and this is my own personal opinion. Try some aerobics you can do them in your house and they also help reduces the stress/depression you might have as well i dont know. Good luck!

lay on the floor ,,streach out straight,and roll over one way then the other this is the best way to heat that fat up and get it moving ,,,as for diet well its just a matter of staying away from nasty fats and sugers ,eating plenty of veg and fruit ,,or anything low in fat ,,,,good luck
