its ok, though like most jokes it plays on sterotypes, you have to make sure you have the right audience. The idea is to be tastful in making jokes. Jeff foxworthy makes jokes regarding country folk (rednecks). Dave Chappelle pokes fun at whites and other non-blacks. Steven Lynch pokes fun of religion (amoung other things) . . . you get the point.
Comedy is a tough one nowdays because most jokes do play on some sort of sterotype. Just be fair and don't be hateful :)

That's not funny - but here's a tip - change it to Sudanese. Since they invaded Qld, Australia, we get them driving on the wrong sides of the road and everything. Seriously, I don't know how they get their licences.
