I went to sleep last night and woke up and all the right side of my back now aches as does my right arm, its also quite weak and i cant lift a glass comfortably! Whats wrong and how can i sort this out. Many Thanks

do some stretches and rub your arm even though it will hurt. it's just a "kink" in the muscle. if you don't do anything it will still go away, but it always helps if you stretch it out.

I would say give it a day or two and then go see the doctor if it is not better.
