Contrary to popular belief, YES, we are Christian. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I believe in Christ. I know He is my Savior.
For someone to TELL me I am not Christian is a complete slap in the face. We do believe in Christ somewhat differently - we do not believe He and God the Father are the same person. I think that is the biggest difference. BUT, we still believe He is our Savior, that he suffered for our sins and that He is the only way back to our Father in Heaven.
Anyone who says Mormons are not Christian is ignorant, sorry.

No they are not Christian. They are countereit.
Counterfeit Christianity is probably the best description I can give for a cult. Counterfeit Christianity is an imitation of real Christianity. Bible terms like "Jesus Christ, Resurrection, Salvation, and Atonement" are used by the Cult, but the various cult groups have assigned entirely different meanings to these terms.
Like counterfeit money which is sometimes difficult to detect, so it is difficult to detect counterfeit Christianity, since it looks like the real thing. Experts examining counterfeit money often hold it up to a strong light and look for identifying marks. Counterfeit Christianity also has identifying marks, which can be seen when, held up to an even stronger light, the light of God's word, the bible.
We are at an advantage if we know what to expect from a cult. Cultists are very well trained to appear "Christian", and indeed believe they are the true churches, and you need the deliverance! Therefore, be bold and ask the question, "do you believe the group you represent is the only true church on the face of the earth?"
If they reply that they are, or if they are evasive, making remarks like "Well, every church has a measure of truth but...", you have made an early detection of a Cultist.
Every true Christian, if asked the same question, regardless of his denomination, would reply that the true church is comprised of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, and HE (not some organization) is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE, (John 14:6). No legitimate denomination would claim that they alone and their members have salvation exclusively, but the cults (the counterfeits) do.

I don't know about MormAns but if you are talking about Mormons, the true name of the church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints". If a christian is one who believes in Jesus Christ, then they are Christians.

I guess that depends on your definition of a Christian. If your definition of a Christian is one that believes in Jesus Christ and strives to follow his teachings, then yes, Mormons are Christians. The fact that every church may have slightly different doctrines regarding Christ is irrelevant.

Yes, we are. Please do not believe second-hand false information that people throw out there... they probably got these things from jokes on David Letterman or something.

As far as I can tell, the definition of a Christian is belief in Jesus Christ - he is our Savior and our Redeemer. Our name is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints...

Many do not regard us as Christians, but as a LDS Mormon, we believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God the Eternal Father.
To make a valid judgement of us, please read the Book of Mormon, if after reading you may choose to regard us a christian
or not.

Mormons use the same lingo but believe Jesus is Satan's brother and that they were both created by God.

Now God and Ephraim (who was a man and became a god) had sex and sired many spiritual babies and sent them to earth to be tested. Now if these babies as they grow do more good works than bad they get to become another god and run their own planet.

I just have to ask. How does the point system work? Is helping an old lady across the street worth 20 good points but kicking your dog worth 10 bad points? I mean how much anxiety are these Mormons under.

I like Christianity a lot better. Repent and put your trust in Jesus. Amen.

Yes they are!!!
It is nice to see God answering questions, it also appears that He is answering under several names as many people seem to be passing judgement. The last I heard, God will judge us in the end, not other people.

If they don't believe in the same things Christians believe in then they are not Christian. They say they believe in Jesus and that makes the Christians. The Devil believes in Christ but he is not a Christian.
All the true Christians are saying NO, who you going to believe? the Mormon?
