you hurt your back at work ,well maybe you should sue them with the money you could go to a private doctor and get all the help you need, because the back pain wont go on its own and pills will just cover the symptoms not cure them. You also need to know what is the cause is it a bone or muscle injury and do you know even a hip injury can cause back pain.

I did the same more than 7 years ago and am still suffering because I didn't speak up right away. Be obnoxious about finding out how you did it and what is actually causing the problem. If it's just a muscle problem, time will probably take care of it, but if it is a more serious structural (spinal) problem, it won't get better without some very specific treatment. Best wishes to you!

Your best bet would be to get an MRI and get it thoroughly checked out. If the Dr. thinks an MRI is unnecessary, push them to prescribe one (if your medical requires referrals). If its a structural issue (slipped disc, etc..) it could be cured with physical therapy. If it is a structural problem and its not resolved, it could lead to bigger problems and much more pain later on (herniated disc, sciatica, etc...)

I know someone who had nagging pain & didn't get it checked & it deteriorated into a herniated disc pressing on the sciatic nerve that led to a world of pain & eventual surgery, so definitely follow up and press for an MRI to properly diagnose what is going on. Good Luck!

Ibrufen eases the pain, and its anti-inflammatory, but its not a cure.
You'r back hurts because there's something wrong.
And strange as it may sound, the best way to solve your back problems is to excerise your stomach.

You are very sick. You started with a small disease but your treatment subsequently with all the medicines to suppress your ailment and create more by their side effects have brought you to this stage. It will go on increasing because you are continuing with the same mode of treatment. All is not yet lost. You must meet a Homoeopath immediately for a rapid, gentle and permanent cure.

Visit an Interventional Pain management specialist. They are trained to diagnose and treat disorders that can cause back pain. He may want to do some injections or a combination of things such as medications and physical therapy.

right here's the deal, back pain probably won't go completely, but it can be eased by chiropractors and osteopaths (I probably spelt them wrong but who cares,) if you hurt your back on the job, or as a result of something you did while at work (your employer is quaking in thier boots about now) you should sue them for not being properly trained, if you can't afford a lawyer use a no win no fee company (thier adverts are all over daytime TV)

You might wanna try sleeping on your side at night, with a thick pillow between your knees. It takes some pressure off your back.
