Dose the probation officer have to show you the results of your drug test it being clean or dirty. Also can she or he send you to a half way house that is in anthoner city and make you pay your way there for 30 days if your drug test is dirty also can a probation officer refuse to let you speak to her superviser

Not sure about Texas but here in PA, I show my people their urines, when they are positive and ask why they lied about it. And yes we place people in halfway houses and yes they have to pay to be there and yes we can send them to other cities and yes you don't have to speak to a supervisor; your officer/agent has told you what is happening. Write if you want.
