Error message: RUNDLL on Windows XP, home edition?

Entire message reads:
RUNDLL
Error loading C:\PROGA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL
The specified module could not be found.

What do I do about this error message that I get everytime I reboot?

open Run ->write MSConfig and press Enter -> Select Startup -> Disabale that startup item
